Pier 3 Today
Residents enjoy the ever-changing view of the Delaware River and its activities.  The pool area, at the end of the Pier, leads directly to the common area on the East Deck.  It is a unique place to live.

Holiday Party 2011
This annual event took place on December 11, 2011.  More than 75 residents and guests enjoyed the music, buffet, dancing and meeting their neighbors.  La Veranda catered the event.

An annual tradition at Pier 3 where residents celebrate the holiday season with good music, good food and good conversation.

The tall ship Gazela visited Pier 3 on July 22, 2011.  Despite the steamy weather, 50 residents stopped by to tour the ship and socialize with their neighbors.

Halloween 2011
On October 31, 2011, Pier 3 had a Halloween/Tailgate party in the evening before the Eagles game.
