These original floor plans represent the majority of the Pier 3 units.
At any time there are typically a few units for sale or for rent. You can find them by contacting your local realtor. Because of our prime location you probably want to get on a realtor's waiting list. Rental units may also be listed on such web sites as Craigslist, and some are posted in the Pier 3 lobby.
