Thinking about owning or moving to the Pier 3 Condominium? This is a great community, and the Pier 3 Condominium Association would love to have you join us. There are many good reasons for moving to Pier 3 including, but not limited to, the amazing view, terrific amenities, an excellent management team and Board, and year-round special events on Penn's Landing.

These original floor plans represent the majority of the Pier 3 units.
Units for Sale or Rent
At any time there are typically a few units for sale or for rent. You can find them by contacting your local realtor. Because of our prime location you probably want to get on a realtor's waiting list. Rental units may also be listed on such web sites as Craigslist, and some are posted in the Pier 3 lobby.
